We’ve partnered with some of the world’s most recognized brands including Coca-Cola, Facebook, and BP to deliver results that are, well, shockingly different.

We are currently looking for an HRIS Implementation Consultant to join our elite team of experts. In this role, you will lead clients through the complex process of launching and embedding new HR technology, ensuring that the system aligns perfectly with their operational reality.

The Role: Impact & Strategy

This is a project-based role, typically spanning 3 to 6 months. You will be the bridge between technology and people, guiding organizations through the “go-live” period and beyond.

Your Primary Objectives:

  • Implementation Leadership: Partner with vendor technical leads and HR champions to ensure a high ROI on HRIS investments (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
  • Change Management: Apply proven change models to prepare global teams for new systems, ensuring the transition is smooth and sustainable.
  • Remote Integration: Leverage your experience with home-based workforces to manage change effectively across a 50/50 mix of remote and office-based employees.
  • Strategic Communication: Design and execute communication plans that engage stakeholders and employees across multiple global locations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Track outcomes, report on progress, and refine processes to ensure the new HRIS is fully integrated into the company culture.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands that a successful implementation is 20% software and 80% people.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years specifically in HRIS implementation projects.
  • Change Expertise: Solid knowledge of change management models and a track record of embedding change within global organizations.
  • System Knowledge: High proficiency in HRIS solutions, with a strong preference for Workday.
  • Communication Skills: Excellence in stakeholder management and the ability to articulate complex technical transitions to non-technical audiences.
  • Versatility: Experience working with a diverse, global workforce, including significant experience with remote employee engagement.
