Italian Player Support Advocate

Website Pole To Win International

BRINGING YOUR VISION TO THE WORLD

At Side, we don’t just work in games; we live them. Formerly known as PTW, we’ve spent over 15 years partnering with the world’s biggest studios to bring stories to life. With 20 studios across 14 countries, we are a global force in game development, audio production, and player support.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Italian Player Support Advocate based in Portugal to join our mission. If you’re a gamer at heart with a knack for solving problems and a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you.

The Role: Your Impact

As the voice of the brand, you’ll be the hero players turn to when they need help. This isn’t just about answering tickets; it’s about providing a seamless, high-quality experience that keeps the community thriving.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Solving Problems: Providing fast, professional, and accurate solutions via live chat, email, and occasional phone follow-ups.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Walking players through technical hurdles with a logical, methodical approach.
  • Team Collaboration: Working with a diverse, multilingual global team to spot trends and improve the player experience.
  • Growing Your Career: We don’t believe in dead-end jobs. We offer clear paths into roles like Language Specialist, Subject Matter Expert, Team Manager, or even Game Master.

We value attitude and potential as much as experience. We provide full training, but here’s what will make you a great fit:

  • Language Skills: You are fluent in both Italian and English (written and verbal).
  • Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable discussing gaming hardware and troubleshooting software.
  • The “Gamer” Edge: If you love PC or console gaming, you’ll fit right in.
  • Soft Skills: You’re patient, detail-oriented, and can stay cool when things get busy.
  • Location: You must be currently based in Portugal.

Your Workspace & Tech

Since this is a remote-friendly role, you’ll need a quiet, private workspace and a reliable setup:

  • Hardware: Your own PC/Laptop (i5 processor or better, max 3 years old), 4GB RAM, and a 1080p display.
  • OS: Windows 8 (64-bit) / macOS or newer.
  • Internet: A stable connection (minimum 10 Mb/s download).
  • Extras: A webcam, headset, and a smartphone for secure two-factor authentication.

Ready to Join the Team?

To keep our community safe, all candidates must pass an online language and skills test followed by a competency-based interview.

Important Note: Please submit your CV in English. Side (and Himalayas) will never ask you for money during the application process. Stay safe!
