Constellation Health Service is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician for their home-based program. This remote/field-based role is designed for professionals who want to deliver life-changing behavioral therapy directly to patients in their most comfortable environment.

The Mission: ABA Therapy with a Personal Touch
In this role, you will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. Your work focuses on improving social, communication, and learning skills through positive reinforcement.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Direct Implementation: Execute individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed to help clients achieve specific developmental milestones.
- Data Collection: Use digital tools to accurately track patient progress and behavioral trends during every session.
- Family Training: Work closely with parents and caregivers to teach them how to implement behavioral strategies effectively throughout the day.
- Clinical Collaboration: Attend regular team meetings to review data, refine goals, and ensure the highest quality of care for each patient.
Who You Are
Constellation Health Service looks for individuals who combine a strong work ethic with a deep sense of empathy for the families they serve.
- Education: A high school diploma is required; however, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Certification: Ideally, you are already a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or are willing to complete the certification process shortly after hire.
- Soft Skills: Excellent patience, adaptability, and the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using mobile apps and tablets for real-time data entry and session documentation.
