Spring Health is on a mission to make mental health care easier for everyone. They are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time, remote job where you can work from your own home.
What is this job about?
You will work with the team that helps match people to the right doctors and therapists. Your main goal is to look at numbers and data to see if the system is working well. You will help show how picking the right care saves money and helps people feel better.
What you will do every day:
- Build charts and maps: You will create “metric trees” to show the big goals of the company and the small things that affect those goals.
- Make dashboards: You will build easy-to-read reports so that people who aren’t “techy” can understand what is happening with the data.
- Team up with experts: You will work with data scientists and engineers to fix problems and find ways to make the service better.
- Organize data: You will use tools to keep the information clean and easy to find for everyone else in the company.
What you need to have:
- Experience: You have worked with data for at least 5 years.
- Skills: You are very good at using SQL and know how to use tools like dbt or Looker.
- Understanding: You can listen to what a teammate needs and turn that into a helpful data report.
- Attitude: You are a hard worker who likes to solve tricky problems and cares about helping people with their mental health.
Pay and Goodies:
- Salary: They pay between $125,000 and $142,000 a year
