Wells Fargo Careers is looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead one of the bank’s biggest modernization efforts , rebuilding and consolidating enterprise reconciliation platforms that support Wholesale Banking, Consumer Banking, and Wealth & Investment Management operations.

At its core, this job is about simplifying and modernizing massive financial systems that handle reconciliation processes across the bank.
In plain terms: reconciliation systems make sure transactions, balances, and financial records actually match across different platforms. When they don’t, banks face operational risk, compliance issues, and potentially massive financial exposure.
