The Real-World Job: What You’ll Actually Do
As a Legal Operations Processor, your daily focus is managing the incoming pipeline of legal requests and making sure the bank responds to the courts and government agencies properly.
- Process Legal Documents: Review, track, and handle daily operational tasks tied to subpoenas, asset levies, and other critical court orders served to Wells Fargo.
- Manage Tight Deadlines: Negotiate with external parties, law firms, or agencies to ensure resolutions are met and deadlines are respected.
- Handle Complex Problem-Solving: Take care of moderately complex administrative and customer support issues, using independent judgment to figure out the best course of action.
- Train and Mentor Others: Provide guidance, support, and practical training to less experienced Legal Operations Specialists on the team.
- Collaborate Internally: Partner closely with peers, internal departments, and managers to resolve tricky case files and keep workflows moving smoothly.
- Maintain Compliance: Keep your skills sharp by ensuring every document you touch aligns perfectly with internal bank policies, risk management controls, and external legal rules.
What It Takes to Get the Seat

The Minimum Baseline:
- At least 3 years of direct experience in Legal Operations support, or a proven equivalent combination of work history, training, education, or military experience.

Logistics, Shift Timings & Expectations
- Night Shift Schedule: Because this team supports global operations, the designated shift for this position is 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
- Risk and Culture: You will be expected to proactively follow all operational and regulatory risk programs, making sound risk decisions that protect both the customer and the bank.
