Insignia Consultancy Solutions Is Hiring Remote DevOps Leads As a DevOps lead, your everyday focus centers on stripping away manual deployment friction, modernizing legacy application environments, and maintaining pristine system reliability across multi-cloud networks.

• Build Cloud Systems: Help design and run strong cloud networks for big global clients.
• Automate Everything: Set up automatic pipelines so code updates transfer smoothly from developers to live users.
• Move Old Systems: Help shift older software into modern cloud spaces.
• Stop Crashes: Set up monitoring tools, backup systems, and quick-recovery plans so systems never go down.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Insignia is skipping fundamental training. They require a technical generalist who understands low-level networking, automated provisioning, and the intricate nuances of container orchestration.

Education & Experience:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a strictly related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on commercial experience in cloud infrastructure management, systems deployment, and automated configuration.

Preferred Technical Profile:

• 4 to 6 years operating within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) frameworks, including an advanced understanding of their equivalent networking stacks (DNS, VPN, VPC, load balancers, and proxies).
• 2 to 4 years deploying and managing containers via Docker across production-grade Kubernetes clusters, including EKS and AKS.
• 3 to 6 years working directly with provisioning and configuration tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• 2 to 4 years setting up continuous integration workflows using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Dual fluency inside both Linux and Windows ecosystems, paired with the ability to write clean automation scripts using Python, Bash, Go, or Groovy.
• Practical exposure to infrastructure monitoring suites (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, and CloudWatch) and foundational knowledge handling databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
