We are now building an in-house video engine and are looking for a Full-Time Content Creator & On-Camera Talent. In this role, you will be the face and voice of Wing, producing high-impact content that educates small-to-medium businesses (SMBs), showcases our products, and shapes our public identity across social media and paid advertising.
The Role: Creative Production & Strategy
This is a high-leverage role where you will have significant autonomy to pitch ideas and execute them. You will be responsible for producing 3–5 high-quality videos per week across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Film yourself and your screen for product walkthroughs, YouTube tutorials, TikToks, and UGC-style ads.
- Scriptwriting: Write engaging hooks and scripts tailored to specific industries like law firms, real estate, and home services.
- Editing & Post-Production: Use tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut to add subtitles, transitions, and overlays while maintaining brand consistency.
- Automation Showcases: Use tools like Zapier, Make, and Slack to demonstrate how our products automate business workflows.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and sales teams to align content with current campaigns and industry trends.
What You Bring to Wing
We are looking for a tech-savvy creator who is comfortable in front of the camera and can explain complex tools in a friendly, clear way.
Must-Haves:
- On-Camera Presence: A confident, clear speaking voice and a professional, approachable personality.
- Language Skills: Fluent spoken English that is easily understood by a US-based audience.
- Editing Skills: Proven experience editing both short-form and long-form video content.
- Technical Agility: The ability to quickly learn new B2B software, CRMs, and automation platforms.
- Organization: A proactive mindset with the ability to consistently meet weekly production goals.
Nice-to-Haves:
- A background in UGC, livestreaming, or professional influencing.
- An interest in AI, startups, and business automation.
- Experience with professional lighting, microphone setups, and camera settings.
- A deep understanding of U.S. culture and small business pain points.
