The Reality Of the Job
YNAB has a tight group of eight iOS developers, but in this specific role, you’re going to be embedded as the sole mobile expert on a cross-functional product team focused entirely on making transaction entry seamless for users.
You won’t just be handed a Jira ticket and told to quiet down and code. You’ll be working directly with an award-winning design team, a PM, QA, and full-stack engineers to figure out the best way forward. You’ll be brainstorming features, offering platform-specific UI/UX feedback, and breaking down big designs into tight development plans. You’ll also periodically step up as the Mobile Release Owner, shepherding the next version of the app through the deployment pipeline and being the single point of contact if something breaks.

The Requirements
