Website CRAE Group Ltd
At CRAE GROUP, we build technology and services that support digital businesses around the world. We focus on smart systems, scalable execution, and people who like solving real problems.
If you want to land a remote support job that actually pays a livable wage, you need to look past generic job descriptions and figure out what a company actually values. CRAE Group Ltd is currently hiring a remote Customer Support Agent, and their application window shuts tight on June 3, 2026.
CRAE Group isn’t an online retail shop or a basic delivery service. They are a heavy-duty, behind-the-scenes business provider based in Cyprus that builds digital product engines, handles massive multi-provider payment routing, and runs customer data pipelines for high-value enterprise operators.
When a company like that says they need a support agent, they are looking for a true professional who can act as the calm, capable backbone of their live platform operations. Here is an honest, human breakdown of what this job really looks like and how to position yourself to win it.
The Reality of the Daily Job
This role is completely virtual, but it comes with a structured, high-accountability operating schedule. If you get selected, you will work a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation. CRAE Group locks their agents into one of two permanent, 12-hour shifts based on Cyprus local time:
- Day Shift: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Cyprus Time)
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM (Cyprus Time)
During those 12 hours, you aren’t just handling simple password resets. You are managing high-stakes live chats and emails from business clients, including high-net-worth individuals, who need fast, exact solutions. You will be conducting first-step technical investigations, troubleshooting system errors, and deciding precisely when and how to escalate complex issues to backend engineering or finance teams.
The Compensation and salary
The base salary range is listed globally as USD $10,000 to $25,000, which breaks down locally to a gross monthly income of €1,400 to €2,000, plus performance-based monthly bonuses.CRAE Group has strict regional hiring locks for tax and operational compliance. To even be considered, you must be a tax resident in one of their pre-approved European corridors:
Eligible Regions: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, or Ukraine.
What They Mandatory Require
Because they promise their enterprise clients a median response time of under four minutes, they do not have time to train you on basic support skills. They have a hard line on the following prerequisites:
- Mandatory Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of verified experience working in an online customer support role is absolutely non-negotiable.
- Flawless Communication: Elite, professional written English skills. You must be able to draft clean, accurate, and empathetic messages under intense pressure.
- Technical Literacy: Exceptional multitasking habits and a deep comfort navigating complex digital workspaces, CRM tools, and communication software.
How to Get Your Application Noticed
With a deadline of June 3, their hiring platform will soon be flooded with hundreds of generic resumes. If you want to make the shortlist, don’t just write that you are a friendly person who likes helping people. Instead, talk about your outcomes. Highlight instances where you handled technical chat queues, managed high-value clients, or solved complex platform issues without needing a manager’s help. Show them that you know how to operate independently during a 12-hour shift and that you take real pride in keeping a digital system running smoothly.
