This is a fully remote (Work from Home) position designed for individuals who thrive in high-velocity sales environments and are passionate about helping small businesses succeed.

The Role: Your Impact

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of Worldpay’s mission to expand its market share within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) community. You will act as a key driver of revenue, building lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Qualify both inbound and outbound leads, converting them into tangible sales opportunities.
  • Outreach: Use phone, email, and advanced CRM tools (Salesforce, Five9) to connect with potential clients.
  • Presentations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Worldpay’s value proposition.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions within Salesforce.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Support: Provide top-tier customer service and diligent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.

What You Bring to the Team

Experience & Education

  • Background: 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or direct selling role.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though an equivalent mix of work experience and military service is highly valued.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and modern customer engagement tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.

  • Time Management: Proven ability to multitask and manage a high volume of tasks effectively.
