Yei Finance Is Hiring a Remote Product Manager

Yei Finance is looking for a 100% remote Product Manager to lead their newest product, Clovis.

Yei Finance is the biggest decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol on the Sei network, hitting over $400 million in Total Value Locked (TVL) at its peak and generating $5.5 million in revenue last year. The team is made up of crypto builders from massive projects like AAVE and Wormhole. Now, they are expanding Clovis to work across multiple blockchain networks, aiming to build a cross-chain crypto brokerage.

What You Will Do

• Run the Product Roadmap: Own the strategy and plan for Clovis’ main parts, including its lending markets, exchanges, vaults, and cross-chain transport.
• Design & Map Features: Figure out what users need, map out their journey on the app, and write clear technical descriptions so developers know exactly what to build.
• Lead the Sprints: Coordinate weekly work goals for a fully remote team of developers (frontend, backend, and smart contract writers), designers, and risk analysts.
• Track Growth Data: Use analytics tools to monitor platform performance (e.g., TVL, transaction success, and user retention) and make adjustments based on the numbers.
• Manage System Risk: Work closely with risk management teams to set safe financial guardrails and rules for the lending protocol.

What You Need to Know

They need an autonomous builder who loves startup culture and deeply understands crypto. You will need:

• DeFi Experience: 3+ years of experience working as a Product Manager directly inside crypto, Web3, or DeFi spaces.
• Crypto Core Knowledge: A strong understanding of how decentralized lending, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), cross-chain bridges, and liquidity tracking work.
• Data Savvy: Experience looking at blockchain data using tools like SQL, Dune Analytics, or Flipside Crypto.
• Clear Writing: The ability to write clean, easy-to-understand manuals and technical steps for engineers.
• Nice-to-Haves: Experience sketch-mapping user flows (wireframing), past remote work, or open-source contributions.
