Senior Regulatory Associate – Home & Personal Care

We are looking for a Senior Regulatory Associate to join our world-class Global Regulatory team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring regulatory excellence for our Home & Personal Care (HPC) portfolio, helping us navigate a fast-evolving landscape while securing the future growth of our business.

The Role

As a vital contributor to the HPC business, you will act as a strategic partner to our R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams. Your goal is to ensure our products remain compliant while streamlining the path to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance Oversight: Manage the full product lifecycle for the HPC portfolio, staying ahead of regulations such as BPR/BPF, Cosing, EPA, and FDA.
• Strategic Advisory: Interpret complex regulatory data and communicate requirements clearly to internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted consultant across the organization.
• Dossier Management: Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers to EU government agencies to secure essential product approvals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Resolve regulatory queries from customers and authorities with accuracy and speed, building strong professional networks.
• Business Growth: Develop regulatory pathways that enable new business opportunities and lead annual maintenance activities to keep our portfolio current.

What You Bring to Arxada

Required Qualifications:

• Education: A degree or postgraduate qualification in Chemistry or Life Sciences.
• Regulatory Expertise: Deep experience with EU frameworks, specifically Cosing, Biocides/BPR, and Cosmetics regulations.
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to design and deliver regulatory strategies that maintain compliance throughout a product’s entire lifespan.
• Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and networking abilities, with the skill to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Mindset: An agile, collaborative approach with a passion for driving results and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
