The accounting world is moving fast toward total digitalization, and not everyone is ready for it. At RCA, we’ve built MEG Premium, a software designed to make life easier for accounting firms and their clients. As our Digital Accountant / Customer Success Manager, you aren’t there to crunch numbers all day. You are there to be a coach. You’ll be assigned a portfolio of clients in the North region, and your goal is to make sure they don’t just have our software, but actually use it to its full potential.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- The Software Guide: You’ll lead the activation process. When a firm signs up, you’re the one who shows them how to set everything up so it works perfectly for their specific needs.
- Driving Adoption: It’s one thing to buy software; it’s another to use it. You’ll work closely with your clients to ensure the software becomes a natural part of their daily routine.
- Customer Success: You are the face of RCA for these firms. If they’re struggling, you’re their partner. If they’re succeeding, you’re the one helping them find the next feature that will save them time.
- Team Collaboration: You’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on one thing: making sure our users are happy and getting real value out of MEG Premium.
Who You Are
- Accounting Roots: You have experience working in an accounting firm (either as a junior or a more confirmed professional). You know the “pain points” of the industry because you’ve lived them.
- Digital Native: You don’t just use computers; you love technology. You’re the person friends ask for help with new apps, and you’re excited about how AI and automation are changing finance.
- A People Person: This is a Customer Success role. You need to be a great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
- Local Insight: While the job is remote, you’ll be focused on the North Region (Hauts-de-France), so knowing the local business landscape is a huge plus.

The Compensation Package
- Fixed Base Salary: €38,000 – €42,000 per year.
- Variable Pay (Bonuses): €3,000 – €8,000 per year.
- Total Target Compensation: Roughly €41,000 – €50,000 annually.
