 We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our small, high-impact team. You’ll be responsible for building the Cloud Dashboard, the mission control center where thousands of companies deploy and observe their voice AI applications. The Mission

You won’t just be building components; you’ll be owning major product surfaces like Session Analytics, Agent Insights, and Deployment Workflows. You’ll have the autonomy to influence how developers interact with our tech every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:

• Building the Dashboard: You’ll evolve the primary interface developers use to debug and monitor their AI agents, ensuring it’s as powerful as it is intuitive.
• Mastering a Modern Stack: You’ll work with React (Server Components), Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, using a protobuf-based API layer for type-safe excellence.
• End-to-End Ownership: From design system primitives to complex, real-time data views, you’ll own the full component lifecycle.
• Deep Integration: You’ll work with our gRPC-web / Connect Query layer, integrating with over 100 service APIs to keep our platform seamless.
• Cross-Functional Innovation: You’ll partner with designers, product managers, and executives to turn user needs into polished, high-performance product experiences

Who You Are

We’re looking for the “go-to” person for tough technical problems—someone who obsesses over code that is fast, reliable, and practical.

The Essentials:

• React & Next.js Pro: You have deep experience with the App Router, Server Components, and server actions.
• Type-Safe Advocate: You write clean TypeScript and have strong opinions on state management and data fetching.
• Product-Minded: You think about the entire user workflow and the “edge cases” that matter, not just the pixels on the screen.
• Design System Thinker: You’ve built or contributed to shared component libraries and care deeply about accessibility and polish.
• Performance Focused: You understand the challenges of rendering data-heavy, real-time UIs and you ship with extreme attention to detail.

Bonus Points:

• You have experience with Go, gRPC, or protocol buffers and can jump into the backend to unblock yourself when needed.
