The Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is looking for passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their rapidly growing team. Who Fits the Profile?
CSD is looking for energetic, patient, and optimistic individuals who thrive in dynamic, on-the-go environments.
- Experience: You must have at least 6 months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). Experience with telehealth or virtual platforms is a major plus.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Requirements: You must have reliable transportation and proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, and COVID, as mandated in California).
- Availability: Flexibility is key, particularly for Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
- Physicality: The ability to keep pace with an active child, frequently sitting and standing, is essential.
