Wells Fargo is hiring an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join its National Branch team in Summerlin. This role focuses on building customer relationships by supporting daily banking needs through face-to-face interactions, scheduled meetings, and proactive outreach. It provides a strong entry point for professionals looking to build a long-term career in financial services, backed by structured training and coaching.
Main Roles
In this position, you will balance customer service, cash management, and branch growth initiatives:
- Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships by holding meaningful, discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and financial needs.
- Daily Banking Support: Assist clients with standard requests, including opening new accounts, handling service requests, and managing credit applications.
- Teller Line & Cash Handling: Accurately process routine financial transactions on the teller line while adhering to strict operational and compliance standards.
- Teammate Collaboration: Work alongside the branch team to coordinate smooth handoffs and referrals to licensed bankers or specialized experts when advanced solutions are required.
- Digital Promotion: Adopt and leverage digital banking tools, confidently guiding customers to use mobile and self-service capabilities to simplify their banking.
- Risk Control: Deliver accurate service and maintain compliant operations by exercising sound judgment within the bank’s defined risk frameworks.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of customer interaction experience, which can be demonstrated through a combination of work history, formal training, education, or military experience.

- Prior experience in the financial services sector or a highly regulated, customer-facing environment that requires strict accuracy and structured processes.
- A proven track record of building trust through active listening, persistent follow-up, and consistent client engagement.
- Comfort initiating proactive client outreach via phone calls, emails, or alternative communication channels to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- The ability to quickly learn new software platforms and comfortably assist clients in adopting digital banking technologies.
- Strong team-collaboration skills to resolve client needs and a sharp eye for identifying and escalating potential risk or compliance concerns.
