The Inside Sales Agent (Appointment Setter) role at Ed Prather Real Estate is a fully remote, phone-based prospecting position designed exclusively for professionals located within Latin America (LATAM) time zones.
Your primary mission in this role is to act as the first point of contact for prospective home sellers, transforming cold or lukewarm leads into highly qualified listing appointments for the brokerage’s on-the-ground field team.

Compensation & Performance Incentives
The role pairs a steady hourly wage with performance-based cash bonuses to reward high-volume producers:
Base Salary
- Structure / Payout Rate: $5.00 – $5.50 / hour (Paid weekly or monthly depending on experience)
Fast-Start Bonus
- Structure / Payout Rate: $15.00 extra for each of your first 5 successfully completed appointments
Milestone Bonuses
- Structure / Payout Rate: Additional cash incentives unlocked by hitting weekly and monthly appointment targets
Key Responsibilities
- Set Qualified Appointments: Run continuous outbound prospecting campaigns and systematically follow up with incoming leads to secure solid listing commitments.
- Rigorous Lead Qualification: Use targeted discovery questions to screen prospects on their motivation, relocation timeline, and structural property details so field agents are routed only to high-conversion opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous data logs, logging detailed notes and tracking scheduling shifts inside the team CRM to guarantee a seamless hand-off to the field agents.
- Activity Metrics: Consistently maintain daily output baselines, hitting mandatory targets for outbound dials, live conversations, and long-term nurture follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven professional background in phone-based outbound prospecting, lead generation, or telephonic appointment setting.
- Language Skills: Near-native or native English verbal and written proficiency is mandatory to establish immediate trust with US-based homeowners.
- Personality Type: A “Friendly Consultant” persona—warm, naturally empathetic, and engaging on the phone, balanced with the professional persistence needed to handle objections.
- Work Ethic: High accountability, hyper-punctual schedule management, and complete ownership over your personal sales metrics.
