EY Studio+ Nederland is seeking a Manager – Tech Consulting focusing on Oracle Services, Oracle Solution Architecture, and Zuora Revenue for an open location (“Anywhere in Country”) role. This position sits within a rapidly growing team that advises and supports clients through the design, implementation, and optimization of technology-based solutions across quote-to-revenue business processes.
Role Overview & Core Focus
- Position Title: Manager – Tech Consulting / Technology Analysis Manager
- Location: Open Location (Anywhere in Country / Nederland)
- Specialization: Billing, Subscription Economy, Cloud, Integration, and Quote-to-Revenue processes (quoting, billing, receivables, and revenue accounting)
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 40–60% based on client needs
Job Role
As a Manager in Technology Analysis, your time will be split between serving as an individual contributor and leading a team embedded within client environments. Core duties include:
Delivery & Project Management
- Manage and deliver high-quality technology engagements and complex technical initiatives with an emphasis on quality and risk management.
- Lead delivery streams, maintain billable client charging, and manage projects through all phases of governance and the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Run client-facing workshops, design, build, test, deploy, and handle UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.
Technical Analysis & Innovation
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by translating business models and requirements into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and ensure that system architecture solutions align perfectly with overall business objectives.
- Drive continuous process improvement, innovation, and the application of industry best practices.
Relationship & Methodology Building
- Develop and maintain long-term internal and external networks, engaging daily with clients, stakeholders, and executives.
- Collaborate with internal EY teams to develop methodologies, tools, approaches, and thought leadership that differentiate the firm in the market.
Candidate Profile
Job Criteria: Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Core Experience
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience specifically with Zuora Revenue and Quote-to-Revenue processes.
- Enterprise-level experience within a professional services organization, leading technology consulting firm, or product company.
- Proven experience delivering moderate to complex ERP, billing, and revenue accounting systems.
Technical & Analytical
- Experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, systems design, data analysis, data migration, and integration.
- Proven history with gap analysis, blueprint development, and system configuration/customization.
- Functional understanding of SDLC and technology business architecture frameworks.
Financial Literacy
- Experience with accounting principles, enabling effective communication and collaboration with client finance teams.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead business discussions with customers and architect solution value.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across distributed teams.
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior consulting experience.
- Experience implementing billing solutions for B2B and B2C companies.
- Familiarity or experience with Zuora Billing, Oracle Cloud ERP, or NetSuite.
