Rimini Street, Inc. (Nasdaq: RMNI) is looking for a Senior Support Engineer for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Rimini Street is a global provider of end-to-end, mission-critical enterprise software support, managed services, and agentic AI ERP solutions. They are the industry’s leading third-party support provider for large-scale enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, and VMware. In this senior role, which reports directly to the Senior Director of Oracle Delivery, you will act as a core technical expert helping global clients maintain, customize, and optimize their critical Oracle EBS environments.
The position is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates working from a home office anywhere in the United States.
What You Will Do
- Provide Tier-3 Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex, mission-critical technical issues within client Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architectures.
- Guide Optimizations & Customizations: Help clients configure, connect, protect, and optimize their existing enterprise applications and databases without forcing them into unnecessary vendor upgrades.
- Deliver Cost-Saving Solutions: Solve deep technical bottlenecks that allow Fortune 500, mid-market, and public sector clients to reduce operational overhead and reallocate their budgets toward AI and innovation investments.
- Collaborate Globally: Work alongside a global network of enterprise architecture experts under the guidance of the Oracle Delivery leadership team.
What You Need to Know
They are looking for a highly technical Oracle specialist who thrives on root cause analysis and complex problem-solving. You will need:
- Senior Oracle EBS Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience diagnosing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite core modules, frameworks, and database layers.
- Enterprise Architecture Familiarity: A solid understanding of how databases, tech stacks, and custom code integrations behave under heavy enterprise workloads.
- Independent Problem-Solving: The ability to operate autonomously in a remote setting, managing multiple high-priority client support tickets simultaneously.
- Location Requirement: Must be based in the United States with full authorization to work.
