Sonova International is looking for a Business Analyst & CRM (Salesforce) Specialist to support Sonova Mexico’s commercial strategy.
In this dual-focused role, you will be the functional “Product Owner” of the Salesforce CRM and the analytical engine behind the company’s regional pricing structures. You will track sales volumes, monitor margins, and build custom dashboards to ensure the sales and executive teams have complete visibility into financial performance and customer data.
The position is based in Mexico City, Mexico, but full remote work is available for the right candidate.

What You Will Do

  • Act as Salesforce Product Owner: Manage the internal CRM system, build out custom dashboards or automated workflows for the sales team, and lead employee system training to drive user adoption.
  • Analyze Pricing & Profitability: Monitor customer-tier pricing strategies, track margins, evaluate discount behaviors, and find clear opportunities to increase profit.
  • Manage Executive Reporting: Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial performance summaries, KPI tracking sheets, and ad-hoc reports for the leadership team.
  • Automate Workflows: Partner with IT to automate pricing rules across SAP and Salesforce to eliminate manual entry errors.
  • Support Sales Negotiations: Collaborate directly with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to provide the raw data trends needed for strategic customer contract negotiations.

What You Need to Know

They want a detail-oriented analyst who bridges the gap between raw data interpretation and hands-on CRM administration. You will need:
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Arsenal: Strong, practical administrative experience inside Salesforce (building reports, data tracking, and workflows) along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Languages: Total professional proficiency in English (both speaking and understanding) is mandatory for this role.
  • Remote Tech Setup: To work remotely for Sonova, you must have a stable home internet connection with at least 200 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Analytical Mindset: A solid grasp of commercial sales processes, contract compliance tracking, and the ability to look at large data sheets and pull out clear business recommendations.

What They Offer

  • Statutory Protections: Full benefits are provided in accordance with Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT).
  • Financial Security: Access to a company-supported savings fund (Fondo de Ahorro).
  • Flexible Culture: A team-customized hybrid/remote model designed to give employees individual control over their time management and work-life balance.
