Inspire Brands is seeking a Remote Franchise Business Consultant for the Arby’s brand. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and collaborating with an assigned portfolio of Franchisees to drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Role Overview & Compensation

- Position Title: Franchise Business Consultant
- Location: Remote (with travel required to consult with the franchisee portfolio)
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $125,000 per year (placement depends on experience, education, training, and location)

Key role
As a Franchise Business Consultant, your focus will be split between strategic coaching, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration:
Business Strategy & Coaching
- Achieve performance and operational goals for your assigned portfolio as dictated by regional leadership.
- Facilitate the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes to assess past commitments and align on future sales, profit, and growth goals.
- Actively track and interpret operational data and analytics to guide your portfolio’s actions, provide targeted recommendations, and monitor progress.
Operational Support & Restaurant Development
- Assist Franchisees with the operational processes required for remodeling and constructing new restaurants.
- Coordinate directly with the construction team to monitor milestones, ensure facilities meet brand specifications, and support openings.
- Conduct restaurant evaluations as needed based on performance indicators or the business review process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between Franchisees and corporate cross-functional partners to support safe, consistent brand experiences and same-store growth.
- Partner with the Field Marketing Team to support local, regional, and Designated Market Area (DMA) marketing plans and new product rollouts.
- Coordinate with the Field Training Team to ensure franchisees receive proper training support.
Administration & Finance
- Ensure effective and responsible use of General and Administrative (G&A) expenses within the parameters established by regional leadership.
- Complete all position-related administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Job Criteria: Requirements
Education
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: 4-Year / Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in supervisory management or district-level, multi-unit operations
- Prior leadership experience
Operational Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of restaurant operations
- Sound business and financial acumen
- Skills in consultation and strategic coaching
Core Competencies
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and independent time-management skills
- Ability to use data to inform decisions and develop actionable plans
Adaptability
- Resourceful, highly adaptable to shifting directions, and capable of working with various personalities
